The Admiral Baker Women's Golf Club is comprised of adult golfing women
who are eligible to play golf at the Admiral Baker Golf Course. While
eligibility to play at Admiral Baker is normally attained through a military
affiliation, e.g., active duty or retired military member, or spouse of
active or retired military member, other members gain eligibility to join
the group through membership with the Navy league of America, or by virtue
of civil service employment.
Admiral Baker has two 18 hole courses known as the North and South
Courses. Traditionally, the 18-hole golfers play golf on the North
Course each Thursday of the month. Starting times begin at 7:30 A:M
(0730), and continue until all members have teed off.
Our club also has a group of 9-hole golfers who play the first 9 holes on
the South Course - also on Thursdays. These golfers join as Associate
members and pay a lower membership fee.
Whether we are beginning or advanced players, or have low or high
handicaps, we all have one thing in common - the love of the game!
