The Women’s Club bulletin board is located in the Women’s Locker Room. Future sign-up sheets, winners of weekly sweeps, posters for future major tournaments and other general information will be found there.

Sign up sheets are posted on the bulletin board 2 weeks in advance. If you wish to play on a certain date and would like to share a cart, place a "C" after your name. If walking, place a "W" after your name. Do not sign up with a cart rider if you plan to walk.

Tee times are randomly drawn one week in advance. If you have not signed up before tee times are drawn, call the Pro Shop (619) 556-5521, for an available tee time. If you cannot keep your tee time, it is important that you cancel with the Pro Shop. If you ride a cart, call your cart partner to cancel as a courtesy.

If you do not have a current handicap established, please keep all scorecards and deposit in the drop box located next to the computer. This includes scores from any other regulation course. A handicap will be computed after 5 scores have been submitted making you eligible for weekly sweeps. A permanent USGA handicap is required for major tournaments. This will be achieved after 20 scores. If you do not have an established handicap and have not heard from the Handicap Chair, please contact her for further information. Current handicap and slope data are located in the Pro Shop.

Please be ready to play 20 minutes prior to your tee time.

Sign-in sheets which describe the day’s game are located in the dressing room in the Pro Shop. Be sure to sign in on the appropriate sheet according to your handicap. Chip-in and Closest to the Pin buy-ins are optional are also located by the sign-in sheets. The buy-ins are 25 cents each. If you wish to participate in either or both buy-ins, place your coin/s in boxes and sign in on the tablets provided. After play, if you have contributed to the chip-in pot and you have a chip-in, make sure to register the hole number on the chip-in tablet behind your name and put a circle around it. The chip-in tablet will be on patio table occupied by the Sweep’s Chair.

Please keep two players to a card except on Ace Day and Foursome games. Also keep a separate card for Ringer (all four may be on this card). Ringer is optional – see Ringer Chair for information.

After play, log in your adjusted score in the computer. Someone in your foursome will assist you until you are comfortable doing it on your own. Turn in sweeps scorecard to the Sweeps Chair on the patio. Place the ringer card in the ringer box provided on the patio. The next week’s tee times will be on the patio until after play. After that time, they will be in the Pro Shop.

Dates of Major Tournament entries are located in your membership book or will be posted on the bulletin board.

All San Diego County Women’s Golf Association information is located on the bulletin board in the Locker Room and may also be found outside the Pro Shop. If you wish more information regarding joining County, or participating in County events, please contact the SDCWGA (County) Chair.
